After this experience, you will have a deeper connection to the world around you, a greater understanding of SDG’s and how your business could be run in a regenerative, life-affirming way versus a destructive one.

When business leaders are in nature, it is easier to understand the necessity of weaving life-affirming regenerative principles into business strategies.

In a world that is shifting fast, having the time to sit and reflect becomes very important for any leader.

In this experience, you get time to build relationships with nature, yourself and global peers.

What would it mean for you to be able to sit around a camp fire with 14 other leaders, looking at the stars while thinking on ways to bring new life and a regenerative approach throughout your business?

How do we truly work with complexity?  How do we shift the organization towards a life affirming one where the health of the organization, the people and the environment (ESG) are all in good shape?

What if you were given the opportunity to spend time, to reflect on your company’s strategy or looking at how to incorporate regenerative principles into the organization’s design, while over looking the African bushveld, watching an elephant herd or traveling along a river?  Perhaps just being quiet under a tree?

Our carefully crafted immersion experience for executives is based on the latest regenerative leadership thought-leaders’ theories and models. Facilitated by Colleen Davis, CEO of Vuselela Davis, a leadership development and executive coaching business in South Africa.

Vuselela means renewal/refresh/reawaken.

You can expect a sense of renewal on this journey.

Do you need time to refresh and reawaken?

Each delegate receives a reflective journal, a  beautifully crafted book encouraging creative thought-flow.  They plot the journey of learning and discovery and include other resources such as models, frameworks and space for thoughts and self-discovery.

By Partnering with Sibuya Game Reserve, we have the perfect space to breathe in the wildness and to appreciate diversity of the world we live in.  To learn from the earth’s wisdom and go deeper into what it means to be a regenerative leader.

The well-crafted week provides time for you to reconnect and build relationship with yourself, nature and your peers.

Time to slow down and have quality conversations.

Daily learning takes place effortlessly through movement, reflection, story telling and a themed ‘question of the day’.

Every evening we connect around the camp fire, under the southern stars, with award winning South African wine or hot chocolate. Sharing personal reflections and insights from the discoveries of the day.
